1. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without having to justify your decision.
2. How to withdraw
Send us an email stating your wish to withdraw, with your order reference. We will confirm and explain how to return the products if they have already shipped.
3. Refund
We refund you within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method, once the returned products are received or proof of return is provided.
4. Pre-order specifics
For a pre-order not yet shipped, you can cancel at any time before dispatch and be fully refunded. If we cannot deliver, you are refunded in full.
