These terms govern pre-orders placed on the ZURAYA website. By placing a pre-order, the customer accepts these terms in full.
1. Purpose and seller
ZURAYA is operated by a French micro-entreprise (sole trader). The full publisher details appear on the Legal Notice page.
These terms apply to all pre-orders of ZURAYA products and routines.
2. Pre-order
Products are offered as a pre-order of the first ZURAYA edition. The products are not yet in stock at the time of the order.
Delivery is estimated in November. This date is an estimate and may change; the customer will be informed of any significant delay and offered the options provided by law.
Payment is taken at the time of the pre-order to reserve the routine.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, without having to justify the decision.
To exercise it, the customer contacts us by email. Refund procedures are detailed on the Refunds page.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available in Europe only. Shipping terms and costs are detailed on the Shipping page.
6. Liability and applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use consumer mediation.
