- Are the products already available?
No. This is a pre-order: you reserve your routine before it becomes available.
- What happens in case of a delay?
We will inform you and offer the options provided for in our Terms.
- What is in the formula, and what about allergens?
The formula is built around shea and baobab, alongside other cosmetic ingredients. The full INCI list is shown on each product and on the packaging. If you have a known allergy, check the list and seek advice from a healthcare professional before use.
- Which skin types is the routine designed for?
The routine is designed to suit a wide range of skin types and every skin tone. As with any new cosmetic, we suggest a small patch test before first use.
- How should I store the products?
Keep the products away from direct sunlight and heat, tightly closed. Use them within the period-after-opening shown on the packaging.
- Where do you ship?
We ship within Europe only. A delivery address outside Europe cannot be accepted at this stage.
- Is payment secure, and what about returns?
Payment is processed by our payment provider over a secure connection; we never store your card details. You benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in our Terms.
