Everything you need to know about how and where your ZURAYA pre-order ships.
1. Shipping zone
We currently ship to Europe only. Orders with a delivery address outside Europe cannot be accepted at this stage.
2. Delivery time
This is a pre-order: delivery is estimated in November. You will be kept informed by email at every step of production and dispatch.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on the complete routine. For individual products, standard shipping costs apply and are shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email (and by WhatsApp if you consented).
