This policy explains how ZURAYA collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data we collect
Depending on your actions, we may collect:
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact details: email, phone number
- Consents: newsletter, WhatsApp updates, cookies
- Order data: pre-order details and shipping address
2. Purpose
We use this data to process pre-orders, keep you informed about your order and the launch, and — only with your consent — send marketing messages.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract (orders), your consent (marketing, cookies) and our legitimate interest (service improvement).
4. Retention
Order data is kept for the legal accounting period. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, and at most 3 years after the last contact.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing.
